I was recently asked by a member of the family to photograph their home as they were not 100% happy with the internal shots the estate agent took for advertising purposes.
Having never ventured into this area of photography before I turned to YouTube and soaked up some hints and tips from some professional real estate photographers.
The tips included – 5 stop bracketing, HDR processing, a level tripod, balance ceiling and floor, and watch out for mirrors.
Overall I was happy with the finished photos, most importantly the ‘clients’ were happy also and the photos were used by the rental agency.
Now looking for my 2nd client who might pay more than 2 bottles of beer!
